Sylvia A. Fraley, RDR/CRR, graduated from Jones Business College in Miami, Florida, where she was awarded the 1st Place National Barry Horne Award for Outstanding Student. Sylvia holds the designations of Registered Diplomate Court Reporter (which encompasses the Registered Merit Court Reporter and the Registered Professional Reporter) and Certified Realtime Court Reporter from the National Court Reporters Association. She is a member in good standing in the National Court Reporters Association and the Ohio Court Reporters Association.
